                  Opened in mid-2022, School provides an international (IB) curriculum to students holding foreign passports.   This school caters for Chinese nationals, offering the Chinese curriculum for Years 1-9, leading into the senior international secondary qualifications. It is envisaged that the two schools, while legally separate, will form a model of collaboration and cross-cultural understanding.

About Job:
                  - • Provide coaching and pedagogical support for all teachers.
 • Consult and collaborate with teachers on design of indoor and outdoor learning environments.
 • Facilitate and share maintenance responsibility with teachers in the materials room and professional research library.
 • Provide teaching support in the classrooms when classroom teachers are unavailable.
 • Promote and modeling best practices in the classroom.
 • Document and evaluate the program with photographs, reflection forms, and narrative anecdotes.
 • Support the school learning environments by expanding, deepening, elevating, and documenting the ideas and theories of young children through materials, learning projects, and studio spaces.
 • Design and develop professional development opportunities for staff including training, collaborative meetings, and ongoing education related to individual teachers and program-wide professional development plans
 • The long-term goal of the Education Manager – Pedagogy and Professional Development position is to coordinate systems to market, schedule, register, and conduct professional development for educators throughout Texas and across the nation.
 • Instruct/facilitate trainings for all staff based on emergent needs and teachers’ long-term goals.
 • Regularly assess staff performance and the department’s progress in meeting short-term and long-range objectives.
 • Collaborate with Director on the licensing and accreditation standards, reporting, and inspection process.
 • Collaborate and communicate with Director and on programmatic needs and direction.
 
About You:
                     - • Valid teaching certificate
 • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a relevant industry, demonstrating a strong track record of project and team management.
 • Exceptional strategic thinking abilities with a proven ability to influence and drive organizational change.
 • Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
 • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
 • Leadership skills of a high order with demonstrated professionalism and probity and a proven ability to guide, mentor and develop people.
