About Job:
                  - • Promote high standards in all aspects of school life, particularly in student progress 
 • Develop and coordinate the use of assessment and academic tracking in the Whole School in consultation with the Head of the school
 • Have the overview of the whole curriculum and advise on its development mindful of local and international requirements.
 • Be up to date with, and in a position to advise on (through regular briefings and bulletins and at meetings) curricular and general academic developments internationally and locally.
 • Promote cross-curricular dimensions and the development of cross-curricular functional skills: literacy, numeracy, and digital literacy
 • Take responsibility for mentoring new teachers, particularly those with whom a functional relationship exists.
 • Lead by example in all professional matters ensuring that all teachers and students observe matters such as dress, punctuality and mutual support.
 • Promote an ethos of teaching in the subject matching Harrow expectations and aligned to the teaching standards document
 • Ensure effective communication/consultation with parents and carers including information about supporting their child at home
 
About You:
                     - • Qualified to bachelor degree level or above
 • Qualified Teaching Status
 • Experience of Fluency in English
 • Proven track record with at least Three years’ teaching experience and three years of Education Administration
 • Evidence of innovating and adapting curricula to engage students and enable students to perform highly
 • Work in partnership with parents and colleagues
 • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
 • Strong organisational skills
 •  Strong use of technology for administration and teaching
