                  About School: 
                  It is a day and boarding school dedicated to providing international bilingual education for in all grades K-12.  The international spirit of the school is boosted by the diverse student body: over 30% of students do not speak Mandarin as their first language, originating from Hong Kong, Macau or from outside China. Intensive teaching in the English language and immersion in school activities, led in English, leads to bilingualism. Those who do not speak Mandarin fluently are similarly coached in Chinese as a second language to become bilingual. Many of our students are becoming trilingual. 
                  Providing an extensive co-curricular programme and specific careers and university guidance, taking advantage of school’s extensive worldwide network of alumni, parents and business partnerships to provide valuable experiences such as coaching, mentoring, work experience, internships and travel opportunities. About Job:
                  - • Lead, manage and develop the Primary School to ensure that the specific needs of primary aged students are central to the practices and policies that are implemented. 
 • Lead the development of the School’s values and the achievement of its aims to maximise the  potential of each student and to support the development of social and personal responsibility in each student.
 • Model and develop a culture of accountability, reflection and individual learning which will underpin improvement for both staff and students
 • Responsibility for the pastoral care and wellbeing of each primary school student
 • Promote and lead a professional learning culture through the development of a coordinated, longitudinal professional learning program that embeds professional collaboration and learning into the routine practice of the school.
 • Creating and supporting student leadership positions and programs.
 Playing a role in the appointment, induction and professional development of teaching staff.
 
About You:
                     - • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education Administration/Leadership
 • Valid teaching certificate
 • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a relevant industry, demonstrating a strong track record of project and team management.
 • Exceptional strategic thinking abilities with a proven ability to influence and drive organizational change.
 • Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
 • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
 • Leadership skills of a high order with demonstrated professionalism and probity and a proven ability to guide, mentor and develop people.
